Dear Belgacom

By Dieter Orens | 0 Reactions so far… | 0 Trackbacks

Since about five years now I'm paying you 63.90 euros every month for a telephone line and ADSL Plus connection with 30GB traffic, which is quite a lot of money compared to what other providers have to offer.

But what I really find ridiculous is that, even though I pay the same amount of money every month, I'm losing some of my data limit that I'm not using. So let's say we have a month in which I use only 15 GB, that means that I still have paid for 30GB and that the other 15GB is gone for me.

Now what happens when next month I'm exceeding my 30GB, I do have to pay for extra data if I want to keep surfing at the same speed, instead of being able to use what I didn't use the month before.

I think this is pure fraud and I would like to see this changed. It should be either: pay what you use OR and BETTER being able to take the leftovers with you to the next month. That OR getting rid of the limits altogether, which are, just admit it, only a rip-off.

Is that such an abnormal way of thinking? I really don't want to know how much traffic I have paid for but couldn't use due to this unfair system.

Yours sincerely,

Dieter Orens
